B. Payment & Subscription Information

Web Payments (Stripe)

If you purchase a subscription via our website, payments are processed by Stripe.

  • We do not store full credit/debit card details.
  • Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • We may receive limited information such as payment status, subscription tier, and billing country.

Mobile In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)

If you subscribe through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Your payment is processed directly by the platform provider.

We do not receive your card details. We may receive transaction confirmation and subscription status.

Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscription status across platforms.

RevenueCat may process:

  • App user ID
  • Subscription status
  • Purchase history metadata
  • Platform information

RevenueCat does not process your full payment card details.

C. Usage & Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • App version
  • IP address
  • Country-level location
  • Crash logs
  • Feature usage analytics

This data is used to maintain performance, detect abuse, and improve the App.

D. Location Data

PhotoScout does not track or store your live GPS location.

We provide location coordinates within the App, but we do not monitor where you physically travel.

E. Embedded Instagram Content

The App may display public Instagram embeds operated by Meta Platforms.

When interacting with embedded content:

  • Instagram may collect data directly from you
  • Cookies or tracking technologies may be used
  • Data processing is governed by Instagram's privacy policy

PhotoScout does not control third-party tracking technologies.
